- To organize internal quality audits to verify gaps or non-conformances, if any and plan for necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- To coordinate external audits by regulatory agencies and customers.
- To resolve customer's complaints and observations.
- To collect customer feedback in order to strengthen customer relations and organizational functions.
- To work for acquiring more approvals / recognitions from regulatory agencies and customers.
- SOPs to meet all the requirements of ISO 17025.

Quality Objectives :
To cover all test parameters related to the scope for Inter-laboratory/Proficiency testing programme as per the fixed schedule of the Laboratory.Reducing the complaints from customers to zero-level.
